It’s one of the highlights of my day when I see you capturing and sharing your #sharethepositive moments on Instgram, especially when I’m having one of those days when I think the whole world has gone to pot! So I thought it only fair to share some of my favourites over the past months (just in case you were feeling the same way too).

What is #sharethepositive? Well, as the name suggests, it’s an Instagram hashtag for all the good things in your day that made you smile. It could be the perfect flower, a drawing by your kid or your first home-grown carrot! Whatever you choose to capture, tag it and then share.  Need some inspiration?
