Winter Wishes

The other day my Mum asked the question – What would you like for Christmas? The folks usually spend £30 on me, enough to buy me makeup or a new pair of brogues perhaps? Nup, instead I’ve asked for baking/cooking tins. Rock and Roll. Our current tins are in pretty poor condition after years and years of use and I’m thinking shiny new tins will encourage a little makery in the Kitchen – that’s only a good thing, right?

Anyhoo, I thought I’d make a wee wish list,  to inspire those of you who don’t want tins. Look at the Falcon Enamelware Pie Set though? Ah, you know you’re tempted.

I have two little announcements on the blog today also. Firstly, I have picked the winner for the Knitting Everyday Finery book giveaway using Random.org. Congratulations no.3,  also known as Amanda! An email is on its way…

Secondly, I’m guest blogging over on the super awesome Rosalilium today, celebrating Halloween with A Week In Film special post. There are lots of spooky goings on over there this week from Elizabeth and other guest bloggers. Fancy a peek?
