To make a Neon Noel Card you will need: Card stock Neon Ink Noel Stamp Washi Tape (optional) Instructions (super simple) Practice stamping on a piece of paper to try to get 4 Noel’s straight in a line When confident, press your stamp onto the card stock 4 times in row Leave as is, or for extra decoration add a strip of washi tape down the spine of the card.
