- Go beach combing for shells (helpful if you live by the sea).
- Buy yourself a special cake or biscuit from the local bakery.
- Go for a bike ride somewhere peaceful.
- Take a minute to be thankful for all the good things that are in your life (not the bad stuff).
- Listen to Dolly Parton (turn her up loud!).
