Style: Festival Season

Meet fresh faced (and much younger) 27-year-old Lisa at Glastonbury Festival, three years before this blogging malarkey began.

Alongside New York and Hebden Bridge, where I’m fortunate to live, Glastonbury Festival is the one place on this planet that makes me feel care-free, happy and myself. So, as you can imagine, I was gutted not to get tickets for this year’s festival. Gutted. I know there are other events to go to, but Glastonbury is the only festival I’m happy to part with £200+ for 4 days of fun.

It’s also one of my favourite places because of the clothes you can wear there. I love stomping around in a pair of wellies and being able to wear them with pretty frocks and (kind of) pulling it off.

Instead of moping about not being there (wah!) I’ve teamed up with New Look to share some of my favourite festival style picks. Grab those wellies!

Like? I’ll pair any of these dresses/skirts with a pair of wellingtons or army style boots for a feminine, playful look. I especially like the Kimono too, ideal for covering up in the evening with a pair of skinny jeans and plain t-shirt. Oh and don’t forget your garland…
