  • Start making plans for Christmas. Where will you be? At home, the folks, friends?
  • Book an Afternoon Tea with someone special instead of a night out boozing. It will be cheaper and you’ll get a chance to talk properly.
  • Update your CV
  • Go outside (don’t shy away as it gets colder); these are the best months for gorgeous colours and fresh scents.
  • Prepare for Stoptober! If you are a smoker, or know one (my fella smokes), why not try stopping or supporting someone starting in October. My fella has been off and on for a while and we’re going to try again next month!
