5 Positive Things To Do This Week #52
- Start making plans for Christmas. Where will you be? At home, the folks, friends?
- Book an Afternoon Tea with someone special instead of a night out boozing. It will be cheaper and you’ll get a chance to talk properly.
- Update your CV
- Go outside (don’t shy away as it gets colder); these are the best months for gorgeous colours and fresh scents.
- Prepare for Stoptober! If you are a smoker, or know one (my fella smokes), why not try stopping or supporting someone starting in October. My fella has been off and on for a while and we’re going to try again next month!

I’m updating my CV and have no idea what life will look like by Christmas which makes me sad as Christmas planning is a favourite activity of mine – I’m sure it will be fabulous though. Afternoon tea you say? If you say so!
