- Pay a little gratitude to someone important in your life (it will also make you happier – watch this video for proof!).
- Make homemade jam and use on toast, bagels, pancakes or whatever you fancy, for your daily
breakfasts and snacks.
- Wash all your blankets ready for the cooler nights.
- Add polka dots to your home (they cheer me up – check out our new rug above!). P.S There’s a great collection of polka dot DIYs on the Apartment Therapy blog if you love them as much as I do.
- Have a candle-lit dinner at home one night a week (or late supper if you have kids).
