Happy 1st Birthday!
Mathilde ♥ Manech is one year old today, hurrah!
Cue speech…
I cannot begin to tell you how much this blog means to me. It sits somewhere between Victoria sponge and a cup of tea, between the moors and my passion/obsession with Kate Bush, and just comes second after my love for my family and close friends. It’s the world really. Mainly because it is all mine and makes me happy but more so because of you, the reader (group hug).
The connections I’ve made via the blogging community surprise me daily. I’m overjoyed when somebody bothers to comment, because I know we are all busy people. I am chuffed to Nora when I receive a new subscriber as it means somebody likes my blog enough to want to read more and with that I meet new people. I’ve found new friends along the way, who inspire and make me smile daily and have had the opportunity to write on other blogs, that inspired me to blog in the first place.
I’m a soppy lass so all I can really say, from the bottom of my northern heart, is thank you. You are all a lovely bunch of coconuts (second group hug).
Finally, with that thank you, I’d like to launch my very first giveaway! Woopla!
